Thanks Poder for a new twist.Absolutely incredible, great banking app very straight forward and easy to use, also there is a section in the app to earn rewards money by doing surveys just like all the survey things out there except for one difference.... They actually pay you, and what's more?.... The funds to right into your account immediately!!! Best banking app I've ever had on my phone thank you for existing I appreciate it lots.I can't finish signing up.

2. Please fix it and I will gladly bump your score up, thank you!Well, now I've changed it to 5 stars because I finally got my poder card and I used it for the first time and it worked perfectly!! I love doing surveys and making money!! Thank you!!!HORRIBLE.

3. (its been months)Frustrating with all the time I've put into surveys and the money in unattainable.Is ok but don't participate in hundred x surveys promotions surveys it won't credit or reward you for your time and effort.

4. Received reply of we are looking into it numerous times, but nothing every credited or reward to you for your time or for surveys.This app has been really awesome for awhile now.

5. The money was there it just wasnt added into my funds immediately, but they did add the next day, I didnt contact support regarding the matter, they just added to my account, so that being said, I'd like to disregard my last review.

6. It arrives at a page asking you to select if you want to apply for debit card or credit card, but both options are unselectable and say "Coming soon!" underneath them.

7. But starting about 2 weeks ago, I am no longer receiving surveys and I am unable to get on my app, like not at all, it keeps saying some kind of internet error, it's very discouraging and frustrating.

8. My app has been stuck on select which card you want to apply for, yet both are unselectable.

9. WAS SENT A CARD, GOT INTO ACCOUNT, SAYS MY ACCOUNT IS CLOSED......I HAVE $16.

10. Pretty annoying.(I need to change my last review, in regards to the rewards center surveys) I had spoken too soon.

11. So far I have only done a few surveys because like other apps with surveys you get thrown off a lot of them.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix PODERcard Issues

1. Fix PODERcard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart PODERcard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the PODERcard App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PODERcard" » Open PODERcard - Mobile Banking » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PODERcard » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear PODERcard - Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PODERcard servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PODERcard - Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check PODERcard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PODERcard might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall PODERcard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PODERcard then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PODERcard not working


2. Fix PODERcard Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PODERcard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PODERcard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PODERcard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I would like my account deleted asap please. My account is under the phone number 5752940569 which I no longer have access to. But I do not know my username and password therefore I can not log in but I can not create a new account with my new number because my email address is already in use because of my account I can't log in to

  • My account has been closed without explanation or even a courtesy email/text and I would like to know why. The FAQ says this only happens because of identity verification failure of some sort. Every piece of information I used to sign up for the card was 100% valid and accurate. I honestly don't understand why this keeps happening to me when apps try to validate my information because unfortunately this is not the first time I've gone through this recently. It started happening all of a sudden. Can you tell me which part of my identity is coming back as invalid? So I can look into it through the credit bureaus? Because if someone is screwing with my identity or something I need to get it under control asap. Also I really was looking forward to a Podercard....please get back to me ASAP. Thank you.

  • I do not have an account with Podercard but I'm getting texts Everytime a card is reloaded or being used! I believe someone used my phone number on purpose. His name is Dylan Powell. The reason I believe this is because the transactions are coming from Wickenburg & Dylan is my ex boyfriend who has been harassing me. Please try to detach my phone number. This is the phone number he is using for the notifications 928-232-0082

  • Poder maliciously closed my account for no reason a day before Christmas and ruined my Christmas. Then close my account while I have money in there. I have been fighting since December to get my money back. Every time I call it's always an issue issue after issue. They have the most incompetent people working for them and I just want my money back I don't know why this is so hard. I will never recommend this bank to anyone. And with them being with Green Dot I should have known better cuz Green Dot sucks too.

  • Im trying to login into my account but I forgot my password.. I know my email that I used for ym account but the only problem is that I can't login into my email because I forgot the password to my email too and I can't do forgot password because I no longer have access to the phone number that I have saved on my power account??.   • Well my issue is that I cant access my old phone number and I dont have that phone or number and I cant even speak with them cause because I'm calling from a different phone number
    I have disputes pending and I cant check it
    I tried the forgot username::!! Because I did..but they dont give me a alternator to verify through my email only for forgot password!! So now how am I'm supposed to be able to set up my new card if I can't even log in.

  • My husband and I are trying to reach customer service to advise that a fraudulent account has been opened in my husband's name, but you don't have a phone number that a "non-member" can call. We are T-Mobile customers and had our account information hacked. He received a notice that an account was opened using his mobile phone number. He did NOT open an account. Can someone from the fraud department please call either him or me ASAP to correct this. He has frozen his credit. Our names are Richard and Kelly Valencia. His phone number is 480-282-3601 and mine is 480-282-3599. Thank you.
