1. Tried to get tech support, and they're not responding.I spent $150 for the Nano X and I've spent countless hours trying to connect to the Ledger Live app.
2. So far I rate this Nano X as a one star, as it looks nice, is small, but not worth 10 cents if you can't download apps or connect in less than five minutes.
3. Ability to stake from the wallet is amazing! Keep up the good work, just update the app to flow better and get the numbers to match from screen to screenOverall, the app works fine.
4. On mobile ledger, I couldn't find an advanced tab to see my xrp memo, so when I sent to an Exchange for the flare drop; it was lost for about a week, as I was getting it back from Binance(who were awesome 👌).
5. Why does it open and show transaction history? It should open into the nice colorful portfolio display.
6. Before I used the app, I updated the X device firmware and software to the latest version and made sure the Desktop Ledger Live was up to date.
7. I also really enjoy Ledger's UX, especially on the desktop, and here it seems like it's progressing towards the same great UI/UX of their amazing desktop apps.
8. It has a bit of a learning curve (for example, the difference between installing an app on the ledger versus starting an account), but it does everything I want.
9. I would recommend. The screen on my chromebook is set at the smallest font in order to see things, and even then it doesn't always display parts of the dialog boxes.
10. Granted I have not used the app extensively yet, but the basic features needed for pairing my Nano X, transferring my tokens and even swapping worked flawlessly.
11. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase of the Ledger Nano X and the experience that came with it.
