1. The last 3 weeks I haven't been able to log in due to "server issues on their end." Tried to contact them and they just wanted information to access my account.

2. Oh, and an "Oops, this is awkward" error page is beyond awkward; If I'm seeing that message, it means that I was unable to access important info/services related to my account (like Virtual Care).

3. Too busy denying claims I suppose to put time in to making a functional app.Well, I was excited about the prospect of keeping track, but after reading all the comments below, think I'll pass on this one ! Thanks to everyone who took the time to grade this app.

4. The first attempt said "Page not found" The second attempt, it showed their name, and just kept on searching after a few minutes, I backed out of it.

5. This was going to be my 3rd attempt but thanx to YOU guy's, gotta passTerrible experience, could not get it to work.

6. For assistance, please..." Nobody wants to wait on hold, and the app doesn't work, so I can't contact them there.

7. If you are able to dismiss the fingerprint input and use your password, you will find that their servers that hold your EOB statements are down.

8. Being forced to leave the app to perform account actions is clunky and unprofessional.

9. At least come up with an interesting splash screen if you're going to require us to stare at it for ages while waiting for the sign-in page.

10. Unbelievable that an insurance company would have an app this bad and not even provide an update for over a year.It is a great and resourceful app when its working properly.

11. You'll just have to wait for your forest killing paper statements in the mail.Wow. You need to find a new developer.
