1. I am still having email notifications to pay off my outstanding.This app is really annoying and so frustrating,i applied for a loan of 5k after finish providing all the required documents, the first application was rejected for no reason,i applied up to 3 times, still yet nothing,i called the customer care still no response yet nothing,how can loan be reviewed for 3days, it's not helping at all,i have uninstalled the app, it's not good.This app sucks, I've been applying for loan on this app for a long time now never been granted one.

2. I been having issues in payment I couldn't pay via my card and yesterday I made an effort calling the customer care services and I also chat on WhatsApp and I was advice to make a direct transfer to the company account and once I did that my loan will be clear.

3. have not been able to get another loan from them..the app keep saying my account has been blacklisted... blacklisted by who I don't understand..and I even paid my loan before due date...I sent a mail, no reply till now..pls if there is anything u can do..I will really appreciate it..The only reason I'll stop using this app is the inactive customer service.

5. It's been an awesome experience, the site is just amazing from the customer care and the ease of transaction on the app, they are for real and are really out to help you get the best when it comes to finance.

6. Not that alone, the APP will futher request that you have not linked your card and i did again and was charged making it double charges without access to the loan.

7. Your card will be charged while binding it to your account but you will never get the loan.

1. Fix p2Vest Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart p2Vest: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the p2Vest App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "p2Vest" » Open p2Vest - Lend or Borrow with Ease and Safety » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for p2Vest » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear p2Vest - Lend or Borrow with Ease and Safety app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from p2Vest servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "p2Vest - Lend or Borrow with Ease and Safety" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check p2Vest app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, p2Vest might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall p2Vest. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall p2Vest then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing p2Vest not working

2. Fix p2Vest Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make p2Vest be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to p2Vest not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, p2Vest may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
