1. Tried to join virtual appointment on my phone browser, got a message to use Chrome (clearly inconveniencing customers through private contracts already), on chrome I only see a loading screen for over 5 minutes until my doctor calls and asks where I am.

2. Call tech support and all they do is blame my phone.Don't download because it'll just tell you the app is no longer supported and direct you to the website 🤣Does not pull in data from UHC apps.

3. 00PM Not ready for prime time compared to any virtual care I've used.Worthless app and trash company.

4. This app.cant integrate all optum/uhc data?Just downloaded this app, clicked on it and it stated This app is no longer Supported 😑 LMFAO.....This app is no longer supported.

5. Why is it still on the store?HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE APP, WEBSITE, EXPERIENCE AND TRASH COMPANY.

6. I downloaded this app first to try and join but all this app does is take you to a browser to sign in and view your profile.

7. The purpose was to use virtual care to save time and money.

8. A care rep got me in by going back to the website and bypassing the app.

9. After Optim website crashed, I was directed to this app.

1. Fix Optum Virtual Care Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Optum Virtual Care: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Optum Virtual Care App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Optum Virtual Care" » Open Optum Virtual Care » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Optum Virtual Care » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Optum Virtual Care app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Optum Virtual Care servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Optum Virtual Care" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Optum Virtual Care app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Optum Virtual Care might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Optum Virtual Care. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Optum Virtual Care then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Optum Virtual Care not working

2. Fix Optum Virtual Care Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Optum Virtual Care be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Optum Virtual Care not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Optum Virtual Care may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
