myCDH Customer Insights

1. Rarely able to log in, any new password I choose is invalid.Does little more than show your balance and add an expense with (limited) optionsNo matter which new password I choose they're all invalid.The only Android app which does not support saved credentials via Samsung + biometric access, or just app biometric support itself.Password has to be so complicated I can never remember it.

2. The app needs to either remember password or have fingerprint authentication.Till this is fixed....One Star!I have had this app for a year & today I tried logging in & now it says any OS before Android 5.0 is no longer supported.

3. When trying to reset password Google Chrome says it's not a secure site and won't let me navigate there.

4. The website allows auto fill with last pass.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix myCDH Issues

1. Fix myCDH Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart myCDH: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the myCDH App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "myCDH" » Open myCDH » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for myCDH » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear myCDH app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myCDH servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myCDH" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check myCDH app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myCDH might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall myCDH. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myCDH then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing myCDH not working


2. Fix myCDH Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make myCDH be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to myCDH not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, myCDH may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
