1. When we contacted them to try to resolve the issue they were less than helpful and sent the bill to collections within 2 months.This pharmacy is horrible! App is even worse! Don't change your insurance at anytime while using them, because they will not change it on their end! They will continue to try to bill your old insurance! Then they will tell you that your insurance is not set to be the primary.
2. Since then it just comes up with a screen that says they are having technical difficulties try again later but it never changes been this way for months.I begrudgingly use this app monthly to refill one medication.
3. i click the "continue" button after "request refill" and it does absolutely nothing other than gray out, showing that the issue isnt my screen.
4. I would call this an epic fail.Information is great, ordering not so much! I've tried ordering the same prescription 3 different times (3 different months) through the app, and not once has it been processed correctly.
5. When it's your only one!! And they refuse to fix it or even offer you help on how to fix it.Refill link keeps exiting the app and taking me to a page that is expired.
6. Never works!!!!!!!! Seemed to work once in the beginning but after ordering it and getting the confirmation the order just magically disappeared from their system.
7. We ended up paying them thousands of dollars out of pocket because of a billing system failure on their end that resulted in them not processing a claim until almost a year later after our insurance changed.
8. it's slow as hell generally but this is pretty ridiculous since i got thenapp exclusively to refill 1 prescriptionI installed this app just so I could write a review about this pharmacy.
9. I'm not optimistic for a fix anytime soon; it seems developers are taking 3 weeks to respond to any comments here or on the regular OptumRx app.Guys, your app fails more than it works.
10. Nobody wants to have to be on the phone to refill for 10 mins to answer questions when they are in a hurry.
11. I'd ordered through the app almost a week before getting the call that the order had not been processed.
