1. Fix Teladoc Health Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Teladoc Health: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Teladoc Health App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Teladoc Health" » Open Teladoc Health » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Teladoc Health » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Teladoc Health app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Teladoc Health servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Teladoc Health" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Teladoc Health app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Teladoc Health might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Teladoc Health. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Teladoc Health then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Teladoc Health not working

I have already requested my account to be deleted, but wanted to share my experience to help you improve your experience. I don't intend to use this service until it changes. I visited with a doctor over the phone. I opened by asking if she had the ability to refer me to a gastroenterologist. She did not answer my question, but proceeded to ask me several questions about what I was experiencing. When she finished, she told me that I needed to see a primary care doctor so they could refer me to a gastroenterologist. It is not clear that this service can't do what a general doctor can, and the lack of ability to choose the doctor I see through the service leads to a very inconsistent quality of care and experience. I was given a very unhelpful doctor, and that ruins the service for me.
