With the sound on looping your brain starts to pick up on the repeating glitches so no sleep...When I turn on your noise machine for the very first time, hit the button, and the dark screen flashes the brilliant white light of an Amazon Prime advert instead of the soothing background sounds we have a problem.

1. Fix Fan & White Noise Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fan & White Noise: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fan & White Noise App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fan & White Noise" » Open Fan & White Noise for Sleeping » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fan & White Noise » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fan & White Noise for Sleeping app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fan & White Noise servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fan & White Noise for Sleeping" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fan & White Noise app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fan & White Noise might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fan & White Noise. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fan & White Noise then reinstall.
