Chime Customer Insights

1. My only issue with Chime is that it wants to move larger and larger numbers to the credit building card instead of being customizable.Love the service, App is fine but only barely.

2. Works fine on iOS.There's been multiple times where I've tried to transfer money from my credit builder to my checking account and the app will freeze.

3. I have to go to the website (which ironically does automatically add decimal points like the app used to) to schedule payments but checks I just can't deposit because I can't enter the right amount and support doesn't care.I had to change phones becausemy old one broke.

4. Also the credit check they claim doesn't hurt your score, it really does.I wish I didn't have to rate this so low.

5. It's easy to track payments and there's a credit building card that averages 30 point increases when used as intended.

6. 🤷 ♀️Love love love chime!! I actually gave their credit (debit) card.

7. Direct deposit came two days early as well as my secured credit card.

8. They essentially charge it like a debit account (you spend what you have and no more) but they report to the credit bureaus that you are paying a monthly credit bill.

9. I've never had any issues with customer service, replacing my cards, plus you get your paycheck 2 days early!!My last option to transfer money or anything regarding my finances.

10. The front works fine but once you try and take a picture of the back of the check whatever method the app uses forces the camera into a refocus loop and will never focus on the check.

11. It actually did the opposite, I used it for a few purchases one month and my credit went down saying my credit card usage was up.
