1. Now my money is just sitting there with no way of me using it.This app is very bad I did a credit transfer to one of my numbers yesterday it still hasn't been received today I have transferred credit to my other number it hasn't been received either I called customs service they are saying 24 hours But I am not sure I need credit now how can I wait for 24 hoursI was very happy because i can use for many type payments butt since some day i faced up a error "" payments are barred " when i contact to the nt wallet customer care they said they need my photo and my id card front / back photo i given them that all butt nt wallet not responding and not updating my account its irritate me muchNow this app getting worst.. always failed but it was deducted to my bank account and they doesnt received the credit balance in my home country.. live chat cant even reply in a minute.. make it a dead chat...

2. I had transferred money to my account from the machine to pay bills but it exceeded the amount for no verification so i went to verify and i verified 3 times but all of them go rejected for one reason or the other.

3. You should put an additional option if not giving a change, not only transfer in NT wallet, because not all people having that apps.

4. I hope u change this in the future.This application is time saving for alot of payments rather than to approach the particular branches and make payment.

5. I didnt know that you have no option to get back the cash u inserted but to transfer it to ur "nt.wallet". Thats a bummer.

6. But since 2 days I was trying to top up my wallet with debit card but it's not working.

7. Once you get all the money in the machine, there will be an excess, and for sure, I am not the only person who experiences this.

8. In the machine, it will show successful transactions even not give a change.

9. What happened to this app?I had a bad experience trying to purchase an amazon gift card.

  4. Check NT.Wallet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NT.Wallet might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall NT.Wallet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NT.Wallet then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NT.Wallet not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NT.Wallet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NT.Wallet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
