Cobo Wallet Customer Insights

1. I wanted to just delete my account.*STAY AWAY* WORST WALLET AROUND! I would recommend using a different wallet, based on my experience with COBO.

2. The only things I don't like about the Cobo wallet is that old/unused wallets can't be hidden or deleted, and there is no dark mode option.

3. NEEDS DARK MODE! Dark mode for 5 stars.i have been using this app since 2019, it's a great app on creating passive crypto income.

4. Be very cautious with this wallet.There is no way to delete your account to protect your data.

6. i have a locked altcoin that previously on POS, that can't be accessed, support was no help even telling me find and older version hence you don't archive, you also locked me out on submitting support tickets.Excel concept but bad coding, behave like malware work in background.

8. When I inquired with support, they just said leave it... No assuring to say the least when we are living in the age of big data leaks with big companies, it's crazy there isn't a delete your information option.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Cobo Wallet Issues

1. Fix Cobo Wallet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Cobo Wallet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Cobo Wallet App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cobo Wallet" » Open Cobo Wallet » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cobo Wallet » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Cobo Wallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cobo Wallet servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cobo Wallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Cobo Wallet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cobo Wallet might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Cobo Wallet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cobo Wallet then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cobo Wallet not working


2. Fix Cobo Wallet Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cobo Wallet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cobo Wallet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cobo Wallet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
