It's ridiculous.I can't even get this new app don't work at all I wasn't going to install it but then I decided well I wanted yeah cuz I got an account there thinking about taking that camp-out on two different there are a junkMuch worse than the old app! The app updates your accounts so slowly, it's hardly ever accurate to what your totals actually are.VERY EASY TO SET UP! Lot's of impressive features.
2. I have been with Indiana First Bank many years because it has always been the one without problems and most user friendly.
3. Expect frequent crashes, long loading, and not being able to log in for seemingly no reason.The old app was much easier to navigate and operate.
4. The update is slower, unnecessarily more complex, and the top and bottom of every screen is cut off.Still decades behind.. The older app was easier to use while this is much more complicated.
5. Plus every bank in the area offers Zelle? I'm thinking of moving banks.
6. My paycheck doesn't show up until part way through the day, before it would show pending a day or 2 in advance.
7. Not anymore! Good Bye InFirstThis truly is the worst piece of software I have ever tried to use.
8. Considering switching banks after this major change/update.
9. Hoping it's a glitch and not being charged multiple times.
10. My debit card doesn't always work now either.
11. Every update resets your settings while failing to remedy any issues.
