1. The program freezes.I've used the NetSpend app for a long time but this latest version SUCKS! Everytime you view a transaction and then you press the arrow back key it just keeps taking you in a circle and you cannot get back to the home page.
2. Previous version app was great, and so it didn't need fixed or revised.Great app, great debit card to have.
3. I spent 840 dollars in overdraft fees which is fine if it was spent on security.Ya know, I've been reading most of these reviews, positive & negative.
4. But in the last 2 years security has been a real issue.
5. Every purchase, round up to the nearest dollar and toss it into the savings account! I will probably be switching to another bank shortly if this feature doesn't come out soon.
6. Why be so annoying? The last point is that the digital copy of the physical card does not show any numbers on the card.
7. Super annoying that I cannot view details of my account.
8. But for me, Netspend has been great.
9. My local bank offers this!I've had this card for over 10 years and this app for about half that.
10. Update: Changed my rating due to the fixing of the app & ability to view details of my account again.
11. Plus, their mobile banking app has been VERY helpful with transactions, savings goals, etc.
