If I switch to chrome to be able to listen to them with my screen shut off, the audio frequently crashes.Love this App, so user friendly and easy access.N21 mobile is the best ever in my business in a way that I can share with prospects from anywhere anytime and after they have accessed what I have shared with them I receive a notification alerting me of that, I can access a lot of wisdom and strategies to build my business at the snap of a figure.

As for their phone staff ... they are always very friendly and helpful and have never made me feel incompetent or stupid, which does happen with some companies.Monthly subscription is quite expensive and it doesn't even let you access all the videos :( Besides, the app itself looks very old fashioned.

3. Shared audio:I don't entirely understand the reasoning behind having to re-redeem sharable audios every month? Or why only certain titles are sharable? Would like maybe a written note in-app to explain.

5. The audios play or run smoothly and I love if you don't have time to listen to the whole audio you can come back to it and it's where you left off.

7. Non-renewal:any subscription service keeps in-app bought items eg itunes or amazon prime.

8. Videos cannot be downloaded, cause even if they are supposedly downloaded, without internet connection, they won't play.

9. Disgusting.Allow for pausing with earphones/headphones like most audio apps.

10. This is so that can can quickly stop w/o having to reach for the phone.

11. Interface is not entirely user-friendly to begin with;once you take time to look around it isn't a problem.

1. Fix N21 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart N21: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the N21 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "N21" » Open N21Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for N21 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear N21Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from N21 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "N21Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check N21 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, N21 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall N21. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall N21 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing N21 not working

2. Fix N21 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make N21 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to N21 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, N21 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
