2. Developers can add many things i.e. inclusion of chamfer.Brick mortar calculation are completely wrong when mortar is considered 10mm it shoes accurate results but when changed the mortar is calculated wrong.

3. This is wrost , I also cross-checked it got the full steel wrong and when measuring in feet it got a different answer, when I checked the same measurement in meters the answer was different.

6. This aap gives 1.578 kg as unit weight of 16mm dia bar but the actual is 1.580kg. No doubt it is a small difference but when quantity is large it will matter a lot.
