1. my company bky🤦 ♂️🤦 ♂️🤦 ♂️worst app ever i had experience... I suggest to everyone please do not send money on this app your money will never receive and every time you call them they will just ask your details and nothing will happen...from last 30hours iam calling them but still they didn't fix my problem.Yesterday i received my card then i try to download app but unfortunately i cannot sign in.. always showing wrong security code or card number.

I would love to use the app in sending money home, but there is no African country listed...Worst app i have never seen this type of aap international transfer still pending from last four days i cannot express my feelings it's really very hadic there costemor service not professional i wish i can go to court and file a case against them on app shows 1 minutes transfer and still 4 days pending cheater bad serviseDo not use this application this will eat your hard earning money like heal.

Still now no response from customer care, I was called customer care no but no one pick the call, highly disappointed.worst app 😑 , the international transfer is getting reversed every time , I cant make transfer at right time I need to wait 3 days to get my money back very worst app giving worst experienceWhy is sending money to home or abroad limited to only Asian countries.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix C3Pay Issues

1. Fix C3Pay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart C3Pay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the C3Pay App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "C3Pay" » Open C3Pay » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for C3Pay » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear C3Pay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from C3Pay servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "C3Pay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check C3Pay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, C3Pay might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall C3Pay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall C3Pay then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing C3Pay not working


2. Fix C3Pay Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make C3Pay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to C3Pay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, C3Pay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
