1. Also the bank tellers are condescending and completely useless in helping with the problem.Great banking app! I used this app to deposit a check for the first time today and it worked without any problems! This app allows me to track my account and be aware when bills come out.

I then have to log back in and if it happens too many times I get locked out and have to call in to get unlocked...and if it's after business hours (which is when I usually have quiet time to work on finances) I then have to wait until the IT department is open.When it works its ok, atleast 2 days a week the app refuses to log in, keeps saying credentials are not recognized.
3. If this is not resolved soon I will need to change banks due to their awful app.Had to download this app after my account was moved from Riverview Bank to Mid Penn.
4. I can also transfer funds between my checking account and savings account all through this app.My bank changed over to Mid Penn and I've tried installing this app several times over the last week and it's just a blue box on a white screen.
5. Then when you ask someone to help at the bank they give you a piece of paper and offer zero help.App never works as intended needs allot of work.
6. We're not asking for allot just for the app to work.This bank sucks i had no problems till the new bank took over, ever since then i have had nothing but problems.
7. When it does work, you can manage everything fairly well but was definitely alot better when it was riverview bank.This app is not friendly.
8. Trying to get a hold of customer service is a head ache and even when I finally got in contact with them, they said there is no time frame on a solution to fix the issue.
9. Incredibly frustrating since phone calls to my local branch and to customer service are also not being answered.This app needs to be updated and tweeked.
10. Now that Mid Penn took over the app for personal online banking has bugs, lag and limited features.
11. It just opens with the mid penn bank logo and that's it.
