1. Why can't there be an option for an emailed link like any other password rest these days?It seems like every couple of months the app turns off my fingerprint scanner and won't let me use it till I reset it all.Biggest complaint is when the app is down for maintenance.
2. Since its banking info I didn't write it down for security purposes thinking its 2023 and password reset would be easy.
3. Whenever I absolutely need to transfer money, or review an account, that's when it decides to have, what the dialogue box tells me, "technical issues".
4. Hopefully someone is reading these and their developer is working on the crashing and /or not even opening problem.This app is horrible! 80% of the time you try to log in or just use the insta balance it gives you an error message.
5. If you have an FMBT account, you'll likely learn to cope with the shoddy app, too, because...money.Does not seem to be compatible with Android 12.
6. Most of the time trying to log in will get you the "Unexpected Error" message and if you're really lucky it will lock you out of your account and you have to call to get it unlocked again.

8. Can't reset my password either because I am also not sure what user name i used, and the user name in the app has the end starred out.
9. But lately like the past 3 months when walmart comes out and is minus off of balance in appx 2-3 days it disappears ( you don't know it) & the amt is added back into balance.
10. Then in about 4 days later or more it appears back on your ledger and is subtracted from balance again and can put you in the negative making you owe $32 in over-drawn fees.
11. This is extremely stressful for me and it makes my trust in the app very thinHave had this app since they released it and have always had the same issues.
