Please hurry and fix it!Works most of the time for checking balances, but has an infuriating bug if when you try to scan a check for deposit, after you make the scan, it kicks you out to the login screen (and also will frequently make you revalidate you account again and again with a text.) It's frustrating in that, in the time I spent dealing with this circular bug I could have just driven to the bank and just dropped it off.

2. (This is the second phone that's I've used with this app and it's done the same thing ) It's very annoying and I wish that would be fixed.Had the app for years, its great when it's great! Can quickly transfer between accounts, has $500 overdraft protection, and usually doesn't have issues linking to external apps.

3. the app isn't that bad, but when one of the core features doesn't work and you have to click out of ads all the time... yeah 2 stars.Not sure what's going on but I'm unable to login to my account via the app.

4. It's temperamental, and despite it remembering your information, you still have to delete it all from the text boxes and reenter it in otherwise it will not recognize it as a valid login entry and lock you out of your account.

5. From it's overall appearance looking like an app from a time where apps first started being made to it's terrible functionality and how difficult it can be to navigate, this app is not user friendly at all.

6. This could've been executed far better, honestly.This app does the bare minimum of allowing you to view and manage your account online, but is laggy and sensitive.

7. It really does look better.It does let you check your accounts and transfer money between them, but the mobile deposit feature doesn't work.

8. I doubt it will be fixed fast since I have wait for 2 YEARS for them to fix the issue of sending me a code to enter EVERYTIME I LOG IN FROM THE SAME PHONE! But, good job on the look of it.

You'll sign-in with password/finger-print and then have to have a text message or email sent because the app doesnt recognize the device, do something on the app, close it and realize you forgot something, go to log back in, and have to reverify all over again.Easily the worst online banking app I've ever used.

10. It's nice to have the app for money transfers, monitoring your account, paying on credit, and you can even disable your debit cards if lost.

11. Even tried Uninstalling to no avail.So.... The look is GREAT!!! Buuuuuuuuuuut, when you go to Pay-A-Person and click on ANY selection in that list the app freezes and just sits and loads.

1. Restart MIDFLORIDA Credit Union: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MIDFLORIDA Credit Union App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MIDFLORIDA Credit Union" » Open MIDFLORIDA Credit Union » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MIDFLORIDA Credit Union » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MIDFLORIDA Credit Union app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MIDFLORIDA Credit Union servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MIDFLORIDA Credit Union" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
