I'm not able to even log in, much less access any of the features.I have never been able to log on to my account even while I was on the phone with customer service who kept resetting my password and my username and it still wouldn't let me log on I would not recommend this app for anybodyI've called customer service to try to login i gave them all the correct information and i still dont have access to my account this is annoying!!!!Won't let you sign into the app, but let's you sign into your account online? What's going on? I just made my account & I know for a fact I put in the correct info & I still can't log inCustomer service just hangs up and won't actually answer.
2. Can't use the app if dev mode is enabled on your deviceThis has to be the absolute worst bank the worst ap also..I have called customer service to have my pass word reset and they said that they cannot do that !! Do you believe that!! They have put a hold on my card so that we can not get any money off the card nothing can't spend a dime of our money!!!! I have never seen anything like this in my life.
3. The customer service agent said she would escalate that was over a week ago .once the card was activated they haven't answered phonenever had an account withMetaBank and yet can't open up one due to the system thinking I have an account.
4. I got the issue resolved only to find out last week that MY money that was taken out of my account for unauthorized purchases, these crooks reversed it and took the money back which made my account negative.
5. My employer forced me into it now I have to pay to get money off of the card and am limited to only getting 500 per day... So it takes 3 or more days and roughly 20 dollars to get my money out of this bank.Says mine is rooted but I didnt know what that was until I googled it.
6. The BBB is going to get a nice letter about the this bankApp doesn't seem to be compatible with Global Cash Card users.
7. We will be changing banks that is most definitely for sure.. I do not recommend this bank or any card that is associated with it.

9. Stay away!!These people are the worst.I had over $400 in unauthorized purchases and of course it happened during the holiday weekend.
