1. The app is good, but lacks a feature that makes it hard to use for me and that I would pay premium for : allow to chose, for each bank account, the percentage of expenses you want to track.

I have a joint bank account for which I want only to track half of the expenses, and currently I'm locked with either not syncing it or track 100% of its expenses whereas I'd like to have only 50% of them.App used to be a 5 stars for me, but for the past 4 weeks I keep having issues with synchronising my accounts.

3. Premium plan makes sense but is SO expensive (48€/year).The app is OK but there is a bug everytime I want to purchase the premium pack, the app closes all the time it is annoying because I want the premium optionSo hard to understand.

5. It could be good if some guide start when we run the app for the first time.Doesn't support American Express and doesn't support tablets.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Linxo Issues

1. Fix Linxo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Linxo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Linxo App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Linxo" » Open Linxo - L'app de votre budget » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Linxo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Linxo - L'app de votre budget app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Linxo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Linxo - L'app de votre budget" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Linxo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Linxo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Linxo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Linxo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Linxo not working


2. Fix Linxo Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Linxo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Linxo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Linxo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
