1. It's getting to a point where it's interfering with an otherwise great experience.This banking app has been one of the more user friendly ones I've used, but recently it has become jarred with all kinds of unnecessary options... the most recent 'addition' includes a score tracker for the national football league on the main screen... if I want to see the scores... please, stick to banking, if I want to see sports scores, I'll get the appropriate app for that... or at the very least make these "functions" optional instead of sticking them to your main menu...I like the application a lot, I use it all the time for online payments and to check my credit.
2. Such as how much you spent when you were abroad or on vacation.Good app, working as intended but missing some key features such as on-demand screens instead of the suggested overviews.. It will randomly tell me that I spent more on groceries this past month than usual but I can't just get the "amount spent on groceries" on demand without the suggestion.
3. Biggest missing feature is a nice graph of my balance, I'd like to be able to determine if over the course of the last 2 months, I gained or lost money overal...In the past really good app.
4. Secondly, the app is a confusing maze, with some features hidden behind 10 different screens, and other features only available when the app shows it, like Kate Insight.
5. VERY bad service, considering banking is mandatory nowadays.Great application.
6. There are some nice things to the app though, but nothing that other banks don't have.The app is great, except this new 'Overview' tab which just isn't useful for me.
7. Since I got 25 years old, they automatically (without notifying me) changed my account to a kbc plus account, charging me 3,25 euro per month for features that i never used or needed.
8. The app almost never works which is starting to become a huge problem for someone constantly using mobile banking.
9. Especially not if they push banking related features away from the homepage.
10. Football scores do not belong in a banking app.
11. The app does what is needs to do but the UX is going in a total incorrect way...I'm very happy with the overall service of KBC, but this app in particular is giving me anxiety.
