1. The interface is not pratical or fast as the previous one, even worse, I can't input the figures (values) in the dedicate field as the "big minimalist blank space" cannot read the numbers I type! The result is disastrous: I am prevented to conclude any money transfer due to the absence of values! What to do now??Absolutelly not a must have.
2. i had to install on the tablet just to get the other options!The new version has a major issue: if you go to a transaction details you cannot copy the 'communication' field or any other detail.
3. Supports told me it is possible to select the account for the QR code transaction but it's not.. That's a really dumb bug, could you test the fundamentals before rolling out useless features? Otherwise great service at KBC1.
4. It's been more than a month since cards cannot be enrolled in Android pay or Fitbit pay and there's no official communication on this, I've had to find out about it over the phone, not to mention there are no updates on a possible solution.
5. Then hv to wait over a week to finally log in to this version, since code was not sent in sms since at first the login happened to the French app with this phone number.
6. Bug report: whichever account I choose to do a QR code scan from ends up taking the money from the first account listed at the top of the landing screen.
7. The mobile app didn't work for 3 weeks until a solution was found, not allowing to login.The app is very good and all in all quite easy experience, all put together in a nice app.
8. The French one gives error in certain menus, that bcz English is selected, and the menu is not available in English (eg deals).
9. It does not inform you that the parking rules are in effect or not due to the time, it does not keep any notification on your phone, only if you open the app.
10. It charged me an amount of 12 euros for a whole day... Kbc, this is a disgrace.I really do not find the new updated version a success.
11. however the android version has less options than the iOS version for the tablet.
