1. I've emailed several times and only get a form response back each time saying they are working on it.This was a great app while it worked, but as of July 2021 it stopped syncing with my brokerage (Vanguard) and from reviews that seems to be the case with other brokerages too.

2. No it has trouble updating, the widget inconsistently works, and for the last three days I haven't even been able to login to the app (but I can login to the website) even after an uninstall / reinstall.

3. What they need to do at this point is revert back to the previous version, which was working, then fix the coding for this one offline, instead of making us wait with a useless appWhy is this app allowed to remain here? It does not work on any platform.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SigFig Wealth Management Issues

1. Fix SigFig Wealth Management Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SigFig Wealth Management: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SigFig Wealth Management App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SigFig Wealth Management" » Open SigFig Wealth Management » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SigFig Wealth Management » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SigFig Wealth Management app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SigFig Wealth Management servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SigFig Wealth Management" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SigFig Wealth Management app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SigFig Wealth Management might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SigFig Wealth Management. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SigFig Wealth Management then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SigFig Wealth Management not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SigFig Wealth Management be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
