Their customer service is next to none, by far superior to any other banking experience I've had.. and with their live chat, it's like having a bank teller at your beckoning -- and they're actually real, not a bot.. (thanks Paula!)Just downloaded this app recently so haven't been able to cash a check yet or do much because you have to set up direct deposit before you can do much but signed up for that and waiting to see how it goes... other than that they do have very attentive and helpful customer service reps that chat with you if you need help with any of the process!*UPDATE* DO NOT download this app & use these banking services.
2. I love itthey never send me the card, and they keep me calling and calling and never fix my problem , at the end they locked my account with no reason , Don't use this app, i thought this app is good , but not, hopefully I only had 0.22 cents when they locked it otherwise i could lose more moneyApp doesn't work for months.
3. I don't even know if the account is still open so I tried to call them and although I called multiple times during normal business hours there is no answer, even to report a card lost or stolen.
4. I am so fed up with this company that I will be reporting their business to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.They closed my account bc I attempted to purchase cryptos, bc of "possible fraud." But before they did that, they asked me to VERIFY my identity even tho I could verify the purchase attempt.
5. I'm happy I don't have money in this account.BEWARE DONT USE WALETEROS!!!! As soon as my taxes got to the account 4 hours and 10 min later my account was locked.
6. I had $194 on the virtual acct - for over a week they couldn't tell me HOW I could get it, then they didnt know WHERE it went! I eventually got a check for $10 short! UNREALI had this account in 2018 and while I had it, it was a good account.
7. I changed my account and used my new bank for 2019 taxes but when the IRS sent me my stimulus check they deposited it into the 2018 Waleteros account.
8. So worst case scenario I have 1200 sitting there and no way to get it and no one to call to help and best case scenario it is closed and goes back to the IRS but again no one I can talk to to help me.It says they have mobile check cashing but its a lie.
9. I still have my routing and account number but the card has been long gone.
10. I called and they kept telling me to call back in 48 hours because another department was working on it after almost week i asked them to just return the $1000 to my bank.
11. I have had multiple, MULTIPLE times my card has been locked and no one could help me.
