1. App only crashes, no login possible in 99% of the cases - want to change verification method for transactions to SMS, but hey, you need the app to do that? Get it?! Vicious circle... Fully useless in this state, needs to be fixed soon - otherwise DKB Credit Card will be mostly useless as well.Since the last Update the MasterCard Identity Check does not work anymore.

Completely useless application and uselesscredit card regardless how much money you have on the account.It works well and the interface is well organized.What on Earth is this horror and, most of all, why is it promoted as something to be used by Miles & More cardholders? Extremely deceptive and downright irresponsible to suggest this to customers.

3. Why do I get alerts to approve a transaction with identity check and then opening the app there is no approval preloaded? And then when I click around it says again 'phone is rooted and identity check can't be installed'.

4. Also would be nice if you implement notifications via push for ALL transactions, not just over a specified amount.The APP doesn't let you enter the site without entering the mobile phone, and it doesn't let you enter the phone number if not a German one.

5. But I cannot use the mastercard app-identity check because the app claims my Pixel 3 is rooted (which it is not - I even used root checker to veridy that it is not rooted).

6. This is so bad I wish someone gets fired.Works mostly well apart from the Mastercard ID check - most times it just doesn't appear.
