1. I see similar issues raised by multiple users for monthly still there is no resolution.Already emailed the phone model and os details.its been months waiting for a resolution else take down the new version and restore the old oneAfter latest update, OTP field remains inactive.

4. Pathetic service.Each time I'm viewing my linked saving account balance, most of the time it is showing ₹0 whereas few times, it shows the right balance, now this is causing trouble in transfering money online.
5. Can someone help on this issues.I encountered a highly frustrating issue while using the IPPB Banking App—I couldn't type the OTP (One-Time Password) required for authentication.
6. Every time I use the app, it keeps saying we have upgraded our systems hence we will require additional details to validate, and proceeds to ask me my entire details as well as the security questions and asks me to set up a new mpin.
7. After answering g all the security question...app is unable to read OTP and doesn't allow to enter OTP manually.
8. There is no option for entering OTP, keypad doesn't pop to enter OTP and could not make any payment for past 3 months.
9. Please try to remove those errors ASAP.IPPB Mobile banking app is not working for the past three months.
10. After entering everything getting OTP to RMN but number pad is not coming up to enter the OTP.IPPB is a very essential app.
11. When I installed the app, I saw the option to open new digital savings account is not showing.
