1. I have to admit i was expecting it to be slow as it can be, HOWEVER the scaning process of the id documents took less the couple of seconds, the recognition was near instant, same for the face scan , i dont know what kind of code tou guys are using but let me tell you it is years ahead of a lot of apps i have used.

2. I think it would be better if One4all explained this process and what they were doing with data they're collectiong before they ask us to jump through these hoops.This App has a bug where it expects a 10digit Spanish NIE number.

3. There was a pop up warning about the rooted devises, but the app didn't prevent me from continuing the submittion and it took a few minutes and all good.

6. National card doesn't work while driving licence yes, it is not logical.

7. I wonder if the app doesn't work on Samsung phones? Then I restarted my phone.

1. Fix ID-Pal Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ID-Pal: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ID-Pal App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ID-Pal" » Open ID-Pal » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ID-Pal » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ID-Pal app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ID-Pal servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ID-Pal" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ID-Pal app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ID-Pal might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ID-Pal. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ID-Pal then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ID-Pal not working

2. Fix ID-Pal Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ID-Pal be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ID-Pal not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ID-Pal may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
