1. Quite happy!After 6 years of using this app, and co formi g my passport 6 years ago, Im being asked to confirm my identity, had my 200£ transfer stolen, and the only explanation was that I changed my phone number.

2. It often stop working which is annoying.I've been using this app for the past 6 years and never had any problems transferring money, just had a quick look on the comments below and a lot of them are so stupid and untrue.

If your country not in a list then dont kick off! And before leave your comments just contact customer services! 1. Restart Opal Transfer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Opal Transfer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Opal Transfer" » Open Opal Transfer: Send Money App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Opal Transfer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Opal Transfer: Send Money App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Opal Transfer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Opal Transfer: Send Money App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Opal Transfer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Opal Transfer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Opal Transfer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Opal Transfer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Opal Transfer not working
