1. But the strength is , it makes life easy when it becomes more popular not only in big cities but it should be more distributed to every small cities.In the new update why don't the app lock after I exited or minimized it, it should be able to lock it self automatically.

2. The former performance was better; after the update, just disappointing!Very complicated icons and there many icons in a single display which makes it complex especially for those who have less knowledge and attachment with smart phone.

3. The new update looks junky.I admit that this version has a huge improvements and ease of accessibility interms of the number of services you can access.

4. I have tried to open it multiple times, but it keeps crashing with the error message "the device is running in emulator." The few features that do work are very glitchy.

5. What kind of business are you running??? So I got mad and was told by the sales staff to call the call center which they couldn't answer my calls.

6. But the only problem is that it doesn't allow you to change any information about your profile though it has a setting that says "change profile".

7. Tele sent me an update so I did which I didn't to begin with.

8. You are loading mini app for every functionality the user clicks which is wrong and costs a user a lot of data.

9. I cant update my profile.

10. The new design with the lime green color with white text is not easy to read or pleasant to look at.

11. I went to tele to complain and was told it had messed up my phone, and I had to get a new phone to use app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix telebirr Issues

1. Fix telebirr Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

Restart telebirr: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
Update the telebirr App. Here is how:
1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "telebirr" » Open telebirr » click "Update".
2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for telebirr » click "UPDATE".
Clear telebirr app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from telebirr servers.
1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "telebirr" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".

Check telebirr app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, telebirr might not work.

Uninstall and reinstall telebirr. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall telebirr then reinstall.

Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing telebirr not working

2. Fix telebirr Server issues & Internet Connection

Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make telebirr be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to telebirr not working. Make sure all VPNs are off

Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, telebirr may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
