SUVIDHA Customer Insights

1. Reader's not working properly .Very good app, very useful for consumer! But it lacks saving of consumer ID number which was provided earlier.Why the developer not fix this app .This app is not working to smart meter balance and recharge option in two days.

2. Or Connection status **Consumer Grievances is just for display, app doesn't support it...Gives me a SR number of 14 digits when I update something.

3. The smart meter option is not having any save details for consumer no.

4. I liked the initial version.In the latest update current balance of smart meters is not available.

5. Why should I even have this app.**Costumer Care number 1912 never works... **Never shows available balance of CA No.

6. Give an option to check SE status in app.New updated app does allow to check status for new electricity connection.

7. Automatically it went back to home screen when we click on valid and sent otp.Complain number not working (1912).

8. Also, every time I have to enter the consumer details which is annoying.

9. each and every time whenever you want to see your details .I am not liking the updated version of this app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SUVIDHA Issues

1. Fix SUVIDHA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SUVIDHA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SUVIDHA App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SUVIDHA" » Open SUVIDHA » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SUVIDHA » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SUVIDHA app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SUVIDHA servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SUVIDHA" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SUVIDHA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SUVIDHA might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SUVIDHA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SUVIDHA then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SUVIDHA not working


2. Fix SUVIDHA Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SUVIDHA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SUVIDHA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SUVIDHA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
