I have a question though....how do I add recurring clients to the bookings?It's an amazing app..but it would be great that if you provide the backup plan and also to keep Excel or word files of the client details ...it would be much better if we can also see the whole data on the word or Excel file or PDF format...Love the app keeps my days organized.

Having slight issue with notification after update.Love to app for my phone would love it even better if could download to my mac when will this be available as if not will need to get a new booking systemSuch a great app but it would be even better if we could have a reminder about costumer's birthday.

3. Other than that it's an awesome app!Nice app, but it would be good to know how to use the sales features for customers who have not come for service which was explained in one of the video but feature was not seen in the app downloaded as seen in d video.

4. Only thing is my clients would like to book multiple appointments (on different days) but it won't let them if they have one booked appointment already.

1. Fix COLAVOSALON Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart COLAVOSALON: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the COLAVOSALON App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "COLAVOSALON" » Open COLAVOSALON » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for COLAVOSALON » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear COLAVOSALON app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from COLAVOSALON servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "COLAVOSALON" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check COLAVOSALON app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, COLAVOSALON might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall COLAVOSALON. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall COLAVOSALON then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing COLAVOSALON not working

2. Fix COLAVOSALON Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make COLAVOSALON be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to COLAVOSALON not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, COLAVOSALON may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
