1. It is a solution, but I'd be curious to know why the issue is there in the first place otherwise.Excellent experience! Totally astounding, and helps my business in a number of ways! The bluetooth card reader can attach to your phone or tablet keeping it handy, and it has saved me from waiting for checks to clear! Most people have debit or credit cards, some have an old check book, but rarely does someone have cash to pay my invoices! Now, with the addition of PayPal Here and the FREE included bluetooth card scanner & chip reader, things got significantly easier for both me and my customersFor the most part this app and my card reader work really well.

Giving the average person with a business plan the ability to take cash and credit is big not just for the business but the person theirself developing customer service skills during the interactions using the card reader and app! Keep up the great work!I've used this on two phones now, a Pixel 2 XL and a Samsung Note10 Plus, both running the most current version of the app, and the most current version of their respective Android software.
3. I love the card reader, but just one problem that's started recently, I have to periodically restart my phone throughout the week to get my reader to even think about connecting.
4. So my convenient card reader is becoming an inconvenient thing most days and it's frustrating.
5. Even when it's powered on and my phone's Bluetooth is enabled, it takes an irritating amount of time to connect, and I often have to close and relaunch the app to get it to detect a chipped card I've inserted.Most importantly, it works.
6. EDIT: They fixed the issue were you cannot get past the step to get a card reader by adding a "Next" button at the top.
7. However, it's really inconvenient when I turn my card reader on at the beginning of the night and it works just fine.

11. It does Not require a ton of info to be filled out per transaction which is good and it sends the receipt right to the customer's phone or email or opt for no receipt.
