1. Will be canceled in a few daysThis app sucks i can't even log in this app it will tell me wrong password when i put in the correct password or it will say can't log in to check my internet & i just downloaded the app friday i was loging in perfectly til the next day can't log in for nothing in this world a horrible app need some fixing on 😡💯💯💯Never used the card or the application.

2. This needs attention and there is aalfunction with the automated system it says the card is already active but when I used it the place said it payment was unsuccessful try laterI've used this app for years and I upgraded my phone and it updated the app and Now, I can't log in.

4. I always enjoyed being an Achieve member because this bank (Bancorp Bank) does not hold your direct deposits, they release them immediately so we always got our paychecks 2 day's sooner.

5. The card was ready to expires 7/2020 I've received an email to renew my card.

7. Can't activate replacement card the old one expires 06/22 next month.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix AchieveCard Issues

1. Fix AchieveCard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart AchieveCard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the AchieveCard App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AchieveCard" » Open AchieveCard – Mobile Banking » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AchieveCard » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear AchieveCard – Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AchieveCard servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AchieveCard – Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check AchieveCard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AchieveCard might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall AchieveCard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AchieveCard then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AchieveCard not working


2. Fix AchieveCard Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AchieveCard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AchieveCard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AchieveCard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
