1. And it's been this way for months and I read they're trying to fix it but it's just taken way too much time.I would say about 90% of the time I try to login, the app says my phone is an unrecognized device and I have to have a code sent to me to use it again.
2. I need to constantly verify that my phone is a registered device (almost every time I attempt to log in), it constantly expires after 2 minutes and says I don't have access until I shut down the entire app.
3. You can click on and do whatever else you want in the app but when it comes time to hit except for the fingerprint or face ID... NothingUnable to unlock my debit card on app and online all day.
4. Plus the atm's don't work!!!!Was always a pretty stable app before, but since getting a new phone 6 months ago it will not remember my device for more than a week or so.
5. Yes, I click remember device, every single time.
6. but major concerns are still having to call to replace a lost card, and still having to go online to have a scheduled transfer between bank accounts.
7. I've done all basic troubleshooting: cleared the cache/data, Uninstalled the app, rebooted my device and re-download the app and still get the same reoccurring bugs.
8. I've never had an issue with this the whole time I've had my account for over 5 years.
9. Lately, every 4 or so long-ins I get an error message and the screen goes completely black so I have to reboot the phone for the app to work again.
10. If that doesn' happen I have to make several attempts to login because it shows an error messageapp works great.
11. This happens almost every time I try to view my account.
