1. I have an account with paysera for a long time, suddenly the account was restricted, I have a balance in the account, there is no way to get them back, I contacted them on the email more than 20 times and without an answer, I called them 25 times and each time they told me, you will get your money within days and I have been waiting for 3 months, the support is very bad, badThis is the most disgusting app, that I've ever used.

Please fix this bug.Paysera was really good years ago, now there are better alternatives, the fees increasing everytime, transactions doesn't work sometimes, customer service no available most of the time, time to go somewhere else.It's showing Indian currency that's why I installed and I registered but my documents rejected because in India not working this application.

Consider the following scenario, you login to your account > you loose your phone or you can't access the app for some reason > you buy a new phone or you want to login in another phone > you'll get that ugly loading screen asking you to confirm the request ... at least provide an option to use other methods.I have very bad experience on this app.
