1. I'm trying to close an accounts since 4 months and till now still in progress! Last advice, it's not about technology only, train your agents before pushing them face to customers.The recent history of my account doesn't appear ,most of the time! It is completly blank! I realize that no transactions has been done during the month, but it is no reason for the past transactions to disappear from the dashboard! This issue has been raised many times from users, but no actions have been made so far...I like the app and appreciate its practicality, therefore don't disappoint your users.I have spent 3 month to setp a simple account.

The integrated keyboard is a nightmare, and the customer service is the worst on this planet.I have more than a year using the app I really got nothing to say it's just amazing!I cannot log in, it stops where I should get a code to confirm my phone number, I don't get that codeStuck in the process of sending my documents to activate my account.

Not bad for the first algerian ebank, you took banking into another level in Algeria, i just hope to see new features on the app ,and maybe the ability to reset or recover the security question without having to contact the support, and hopefully a new advanced, refreshing, professional and smoother design.
