1. I can't even log into my account!! *Update* I am able to log in only when using data.. not Wi-Fi... Very strangeAfter the recent update i can't access to my account, i call the customer service the fixed but after became useless again, and also is taken so long for the app to show me the login screen.

2. She was very nice and situation has been fixed! For this I will bump them back to five stars for customer service instead of 1 for a malfunctioning app and inappropriate staff.Ever since the recent update, I can't log in, it just sits there and spins.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix bankHometown Issues

1. Fix bankHometown Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart bankHometown: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the bankHometown App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "bankHometown" » Open bankHometown Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for bankHometown » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear bankHometown Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from bankHometown servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "bankHometown Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check bankHometown app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, bankHometown might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall bankHometown. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall bankHometown then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing bankHometown not working


2. Fix bankHometown Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make bankHometown be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to bankHometown not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
