1. For example, how am I supposed to knowThis is awesome! I'm SO excited to finally have a 1-stop app for services that I used to need multiple apps to use!! I love the simplicity and design.. Smooth transition between tabs.. Got my email verification right away - the whole sign up process was a breeze and only took a couple minutes! Really love what I'm seeing so far!Looking forward to linking with local merchants I can pay using this app.

2. For example no tickeri, smoother ETX integration, how do you send people money? Lots of potential but much more work needed!!! Keep up the good work can't wait to watch this evolve! Biometric Login is a must!!Looks nice and clean.

4. While widening the search radius that allows u to discover merchants around the area is a great concept, the "Search" option should ALSO be integrated within the "Discovery" page.

5. Overall, great design and ease of use.Looking good for 1st roll out but many things need to be better integrated.

7. I live in MS but a few merchants from AK are located on the map in MS."Menu" button at the Profile Page should probably be included in all pages so it's always readily accessible.

8. It's super easy to invest into ETXs once all the accounts are set up, but you still pretty much need a full-blown browser with the tutorials open in a separate tab to first set it up.

9. It's currently too difficult to do so on a phone.Could this be the next PayPal?!...So far the app is very easy to use and straight forward, menu seems simple enough and you have access to the basic financial transaction needs.

10. Two things that I feel are not aesthetically appealing are the light bulb for the QR Scan(I would use a lightning which is the default symbol for Flash), and the quality of the maps look quite low.

1. Fix HUMBL Pay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HUMBL Pay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HUMBL Pay App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HUMBL Pay" » Open HUMBL Pay » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HUMBL Pay » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HUMBL Pay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HUMBL Pay servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HUMBL Pay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HUMBL Pay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HUMBL Pay might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HUMBL Pay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HUMBL Pay then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HUMBL Pay not working

2. Fix HUMBL Pay Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HUMBL Pay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HUMBL Pay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HUMBL Pay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
