Their support desk is not responding to my inquiry.Used to work great, sure it takes a little longer to send or recieve crypto even if you pay but not a bad wallet that was until they put together some update and now I can't send crypto I try to slide to confirm the transaction and all it does is give me an error code pretty damn frustrating and it makes the wallet completely pointless.The confirmation dialog on my Android device Galaxy S21 was difficult to use as the numbers on the number pad are outside of the window area.

2. And I'm going to look for a different wallet before a third time happens.Nice wallet, tried to send a transaction with custom fee of 8.2 sat/vbyte but the wallet sent it at 11 sat/vbyte without my permission...Bitcoin versatility with hardware signing device security.

3. Will update the review when these issues have been fixed.It's not a bad wallet, but it is it used to have the ability to connect to your own node over Tor without running a Tor client, and now they've removed it.

1. Fix Green Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Green: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Green App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Green" » Open Green: Bitcoin Wallet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Green » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Green: Bitcoin Wallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Green servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Green: Bitcoin Wallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Green app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Green might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Green. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Green then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Green not working

2. Fix Green Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Green be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Green not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Green may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
