1. Having two separate pages for the same loan, for example, is obtuse and aggravating.Because I do very basic things for mobile banking it works great! Love the ability to deposit with a picture! If I had to do something more complicated it would be a little confusing.Trying to make a credit card payment or a payment on an auto loan opens a window that redirects back to the log-in screen.
2. each time this app updates, I had a bill that was sent to the wrong account twice.the updates changed my payee account info.
3. You can't pay your credit card without clicking on an option that is clearly a WebView that's not optimized for mobile so once you are on the credit card screen you can't interact all the way.
4. It's a shame, because the credit union itself is nice.GreenState is good as far as credit unions go but the app is absolutely horrendous.
