1. Having two separate pages for the same loan, for example, is obtuse and aggravating.Because I do very basic things for mobile banking it works great! Love the ability to deposit with a picture! If I had to do something more complicated it would be a little confusing.Trying to make a credit card payment or a payment on an auto loan opens a window that redirects back to the log-in screen.

2. each time this app updates, I had a bill that was sent to the wrong account twice.the updates changed my payee account info.

3. You can't pay your credit card without clicking on an option that is clearly a WebView that's not optimized for mobile so once you are on the credit card screen you can't interact all the way.

4. It's a shame, because the credit union itself is nice.GreenState is good as far as credit unions go but the app is absolutely horrendous.

5. I had to find out the hard way that my money was never paid to the correct account...the money came out of my checking account for sure.

6. Overall, it's poorly thought out and as a result poorly executed.The "more" button was changed to show deposited checks rather than the rewards status.

7. A feature that was useful is now useless as most people know what checks get deposited into their account.

8. I suspect they made it useless intentionally so more people won't earn their dividends.Doesn't work on my Samsung devices.

9. Now I have a check with "for mobile deposit only" written on it that I will have to deposit at a branch location.

11. It's little more than an internet explorer that just goes straight to the credit union's website that is not at all user-friendly.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix GreenState CU Issues

  1. Restart GreenState CU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GreenState CU » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear GreenState CU Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GreenState CU servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GreenState CU Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check GreenState CU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GreenState CU might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall GreenState CU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GreenState CU then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GreenState CU not working
