1. Worst app for paying contactlessly 4 out of 5 times the app doesn't work, for a lot of possible different reasons (the network is not stable enough even if I'm on full 5G bandwidth, sometimes the app doesn't allow me to pay higher sums than 10€, god knows why) It's an incredibly infuriating app, I highly don't recommendInterface not really user friendly.

2. I even disabled all of those notifications in the settings but it keeps going.It works ok for me, i can pay with it and have my loyalty cards registered, although not all of them working and in the store they ask me to provide actual card.

3. DON'T INSTALL!!!! Only works for french Id holders, I tried to verify my profile with multiple ids including my german one and they were never properly detected.

4. Nice graphics but little clarity on the operations.Cannot install on iPhone X as date of birh field is not inserting slashes between day and month, like done automatically in Android app.

5. If you could add a feature to be able to select a card and pay from the lock screen, it would be perfect (just as with Google wallet)6/8/2022 Still this app is very bed, most of the time I can't pay with it.

6. After It tooks the control of my smartphone and kicked out the others payments applications on contactless, after that I made the mistake to make the choise to put the app as default contactless.

7. Only disadvantage that I see is it is all for french banks, I'd like to have one app for the payments..The app is simple to use and works correctly.

8. Uninstalled.I installed it in case I would ever need it, but so far, the notifications advertising the different features only make it annoying.

1. Fix Lyf Pay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lyf Pay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lyf Pay App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lyf Pay" » Open Lyf Pay : mobile payments » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lyf Pay » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lyf Pay : mobile payments app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lyf Pay servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lyf Pay : mobile payments" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lyf Pay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lyf Pay might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lyf Pay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lyf Pay then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lyf Pay not working

2. Fix Lyf Pay Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lyf Pay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lyf Pay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lyf Pay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
