1. If you are travelling, and don't have access to your work email, it is impossible to reset your password, which you will forget since you only use this rubbish app once a yearMost trips dont show up, virtual cards dont show and unable to link new bookings.
2. The app never showed a virtual card or any hotels booked, now I am locked out of the app as it says my security question is wrong after clicking on the password reset link, absolute joke !!!90% of the cases I have problems once arrived at reception.
3. The app is requesting thousands of codes, pins, passwords and at the end of the story you still have to call somebody to have assistance....if someone take the phone...good luckApp keeps requesting to register, after each login.
4. Would just like it resolved so Im not wondering whether my reservation is going to be honored or not.You have to select country code to enter phone number for activation.
5. The problem is that the list is not ordered alphabetically nor numerically!! It should work fine if your country is US or UK because they are on the top of the list, otherwise good luck scrolling.
6. Please fix the login issue for Android so I don't need to carry 2 phones.Unable to link mobile, send sms otp is crashing.

8. Waste of time as i need to call someone everytime there is an issue with a booking as the app doesnt show them.Like others it won't let me log in.
9. Linking mobile is such a pain, have to scroll through the entire list of countries, terrible user interface.
10. My phone works fine otherwise and has no problems with wifi or internet connections.
11. When you enter your profile for 1st time you are requested to enter currency, the dialog is not skippable...This is an extremely badly designed app.
