1. :-) Mets doesn't show what time a message was sent or seen, but regular Messenger does.

2. I thought that this might give me a way to change the schedule on a scheduled post, but it doesn't even show scheduled posts.

3. Business suite, Creator studio and the Facebook app.super glitchy and does not have all the controls of desktop option.

4. A lot of the messages and inbox notifications show up blank or don't show full history.

5. I have to switch accounts on the fb app to be able to open messages on the business suite app.

11. - When trying to review posts I can't get a full view of all the photos and content without clicking edit, and then I can't close the post without either changing at least one thing or discarding it completely.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Meta Business Suite Issues

1. Fix Meta Business Suite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Meta Business Suite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Meta Business Suite App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Meta Business Suite" » Open Meta Business Suite » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Meta Business Suite » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Meta Business Suite app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Meta Business Suite servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Meta Business Suite" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Meta Business Suite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Meta Business Suite might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Meta Business Suite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Meta Business Suite then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Meta Business Suite not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Meta Business Suite be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Meta Business Suite may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • hello ( first excuse my English im a French Canadian) So ..Facebook disabled my facebook account for no valid reason. Your algorithm does not take the context of the words and a post about the fact that I couldn't find a place for my son in daycare for since he is a boy may cause me to lose my business ( use the name penis and child in the same sentence because the daycare prefer to have girls so I said that if your child have a penis good luck to find a place ) you see how ridiculous this is ???. My professional account is linked with my personal page ( siite business) im a wedding photographer. It's my business that I've been up my own for 2 years and in 1 single post for no good reason I risk losing it because of Facebook ???most of my clients came from my Facebook pages if I lose it I lose my job . Of course, I have already appealed, but the 24-hour delay without any guarantee of recovering my professional account is causing me untold stress. please help me i am in panic losing my business
