But even from Facebook albums it's basically impossible, unless you download to desktop.Portal app has always been problematic, especially when trying to transfer pictures to the Portal itself (missing pictures/no thumbnails for pics etc.). As of recent (maybe most recent update?), it is unusable.

1. Fix Facebook Portal Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Facebook Portal: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Facebook Portal App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Facebook Portal" » Open Facebook Portal » click "Update".
