1. I've experienced the same email continue bug as other users and have not been able to successfully use the app.App send notifications to my phone but when I click to open the message nothing happens.Downloaded for Android Samsung Galaxay S10+ then entered my email & says not found.

Not sure I like this app yet.amplify on ap start says I'm logged into hootsuite, and it asked me if I would like to continue with that login, once I hit the continue button, it goes to the next page and says it doesnt recognize my email address, and there is no way around it, please fix the bug amplify 10/18/19Garbage.

3. Can't go forward.Why is it that I can download this app on my phone, but then when I get to my laptop, I cannot down load it because it says it's already on my phone?? I need it in both places.Bought this app, but it doesn't recognize my email.

4. One cannot share it to a page or group on Facebook just the main feed which I don't want to do.

5. It has me connected to a Facebook page instead of my private mk group.

6. You cannot copy and paste it so you can use a different page.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Hootsuite Amplify Issues

1. Fix Hootsuite Amplify Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Hootsuite Amplify: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Hootsuite Amplify App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hootsuite Amplify" » Open Hootsuite Amplify » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hootsuite Amplify » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Hootsuite Amplify app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hootsuite Amplify servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hootsuite Amplify" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Hootsuite Amplify app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hootsuite Amplify might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Hootsuite Amplify. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hootsuite Amplify then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hootsuite Amplify not working


2. Fix Hootsuite Amplify Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hootsuite Amplify be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hootsuite Amplify not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hootsuite Amplify may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
