Track Customer Insights

1. From the application side not being able to navigate out of a report to do tours, or reference other reports, and go back easily without either deleting or submitting the reports is limiting.my Clients used to be able to click on the Green camera/play icon to see the my guards video Reports.

2. This means that I can take 10 pictures, plus a 2 minutes audio recording, a 2 minutes video recording all in 1 entry.The app is trash it won't let me sign in with my phone keeps saying settings error.

3. Another similar app lets you take up to 10 pictures per entry, a 2 minutes audio recording, & a 2 minute video recording.

4. Needs to incorporate break rules and not allow early punches.Downloaded this app several times keeps on asking for a log in username and password I was never asked to create an account so I cannot add a log in username or a password this app does not work at all!!Pretty good app.

5. My Clients should not need to create a login just to see the guards reports.App is great for our guards.

6. It's nice to be in the vicinity of a QR Code and the app automatically bring up the information fields I need.When managing from the website it is difficult to use while accessing from a mobile phone.

7. Needs to fix the video preview for clients they all need a log in now.

8. 😉Terrible can oly take 1 picture per entry, 2 pictures per entry if take 1 under the time heading, and 1 under the Security observation heading.

9. You need to actually do some with your goddamn mouth because it's complete trashEvery since I updated the app it won't load it's going very slowVery intuitive app.

10. Please add the ability to download pictures from your phone and not just with the app, huge upgrade needed.

11. Also, make an active and deactive made where you can add reports with put saving and still keep your page current.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Track Issues

1. Fix Track Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Track: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Track App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Track" » Open Trackforce GuardTek m-Post » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Track » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Trackforce GuardTek m-Post app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Track servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Trackforce GuardTek m-Post" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Track app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Track might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Track. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Track then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Track not working


2. Fix Track Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Track be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Track not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Track may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
