1. I do wish that there was an option to set payment due notifications, rather than having to add my insurance payment notifications to another app...There are only two things I want from my car insurance mobile app: a copy of my insurance ID card so I don't have to carry the paper copy and quick access to Roadside Service.

2. Other than that, this app is great so far and I could see more potential updates in the future.Another reviewer indicated that the app does not allow users to save payment information and that it's impossible to schedule roadside assistance.

1. Fix Erie Insurance Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Erie Insurance: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Erie Insurance App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Erie Insurance" » Open Erie Insurance Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Erie Insurance » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Erie Insurance Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Erie Insurance servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Erie Insurance Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Erie Insurance app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Erie Insurance might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Erie Insurance. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Erie Insurance then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Erie Insurance not working
