1. I like the options of choosing the streamlined Android access version to see my account and Bill Pay or if I want the desktop layout with greater detail I can do that ! I'm able to search pass paid bills with Bill pay and can see what has actually cleared !I have loved the use of this app for years.
2. i waited for a patch with the update, but 3 weeks!? get on it guys.Love this new update to the app!!! The last year and half have been a struggle with app not working and alot of you guys tried and tried to fix, but wasn't able to.
3. The app has only recently started doing this, and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.This app use to work great.
4. Hard to keep track of balances like that.Ever since my android phone updated two night ago to version 8.1.0 this app stopped working.

6. As of the last month or two the worm constantly chases his tail in an endless loading loop and only loads (not joking) about once out of 25 tries.

11. had all the tools I needed to manage my account from my mobile device, but recently I cant even access my account.
